Corona Vaccine Email Scam

What is an email scam?

Email scam is a very common but big scam in history even still alive now and has been Spreading very quickly and had been affecting many people yet. Email Fraud could be done through spam messages, the spam message like a fake message or miscellaneous message. The attacker or hacker uses this technique to spread Malware and Viruses or send an offer such as a lottery win, coupon scratch, and 100% free off, etc. When the spam Message is entered on the user system and if the user activates that link through clicking so then many kinds of serious problems would arise.

Real-life Example of email scam :

I would like to share with you a real email scam that has been happened to me. One day I was just checking my Emails as I do always, But one day, I got a mail from my University were mentioned some details about my academic research and my supervisor. That mail came from my university's mail-id, no one can easily identify that the mail is fack or spam and would hijack my account.

So within a few hours after clicking that link, spam mail had been created abnormal log files, hidden files, war files, jar SDK files, and trying to edit my root directory in my system. I was completely stuck at that movement because everything was gone from my control and my all data had been deleted. So in technological terms, it is a direct root directory attack through an email attachment. Probably you may also get sometimes spam messages too in your account if you see your mail carefully.

How do we protect ourselves from email scams?

If you notice a little bit in your email box, so you will get that there are mentioned  Standard Encryption (TLS) Security certification details. After clicking the "see more or learn more" option that provides the exact information about the coming mail from where they have come and who is the exact sender or owner of that Email with the exact IP address. If you have good networking knowledge and are able to decode technical terms so you can easily point out that the mail is spam or real. Google is also playing a very huge role here to point out spam mails, Google has some Security levels to identify the authority of sending and receiving mail.
Google from its technical resources checks that the mail is genuine or created by any third-party vendor to target specific users. When Google identifies that the mail authentication is genuine then Google passes that email and gets the IP address from where they come. And if Google identifies that the mail is fake or spam mail, so by using its algorithm they automatically put emails to your spam folder. So if you're not sure about any Email so you can check it by checking its TLS certification details.
