What is Annual Appraisal, Anniversary Appraisal, and Promotion in TCS?
1. Annual Appraisal: From next year onwards after completion each
current year.
2. Anniversary Appraisal: The First Appraisal for an employee is termed
as Anniversary Appraisal, "Eligible only once after completing the first
year at TCS".
3. Promotion: It could happen depending on TCS Eligibility Criteria such
as Some Certification Courses, Achievements, Performance, etc..
What is the Resonance initiative in TCS for Freshers Joiners?

What is TCS Ultimatix and How to access Ultimatix Authentic app?
Ultimatix is a web portal for only TCS internal employee. You Will get
TCS Ultimatix access only after joining TCS. After Loging on Ultimatix,
you can access various TCS Learning Portal and others portal access.
How can I contact and find out HR and OnBoardig manager?
The one who sent you the Induction mail is your HR and On-boarding
manager. Induction mail contains a Meeting Link of your first day
joining at TCS. Induction mail comes one day before your joining day in
your personal mailbox.
How to unlock Ultimatix after three unsuccessful attempts?
Write an email to the Ultimatix Helpdesk (ultimatix.helpdesk@tcs.com) and inform them that your account is locked after three unsuccessful attempts. Or You can contact your HR manager and Faculty members.

How do I submit Declaration Kit on IoN Community?
Declaration Kit is an important document that must be uploaded in the ION community only after the first day of joining TCS. You have to mention your Employee ID on the Declaration Kit form. Employee Id will share by TCS faculty on your first Induction Day.

Step 1. Login to your Nextstep portal "https://nextstep.tcs.com". Then Clik on ILP Corner --> First Day at TCS ---> Joining Formalities --> Download Service Agreement for `100 Stamp Paper/ `50 Stamp Paper.

Step 2: Print the whole Document in Rs.100 Stamp paper or E-stamp also acceptable. If and only if Rs.100 Stamp is not available then two Stamp papers of Rs.50 will be acceptable.
